Eric Ranieri is a partner at Ranieri Hanley & Hodek, PLC, whose areas of practice include healthcare, appeals, oil and gas services, real estate and development, landlord/tenant matters, labor and employment law, and general commercial and civil litigation.
Mr. Ranieri was born in Michigan, and obtained his Bachelor of Science degree with Honors from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. He received his J.D. degree in 1997 from the College of William & Mary law school in Williamsburg, Virginia. At William & Mary, Mr. Ranieri was admitted to the Order of the Coif, the national scholastic legal honor society. He served on the staff of two academic journals, the Administrative Law Review and the William & Mary Bill of Rights Journal, and received two of the school’s annual awards for outstanding performance in labor and employment law, and law and religion.
Mr. Ranieri has been admitted to practice in both Maryland and Michigan state courts, and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for Maryland and the Western District of Michigan. His professional affiliations include the Grand Traverse-Leelanau-Antrim Bar Association, and the Benzie Bar Association. He is also a member of the Michigan State Bar’s Labor & Employment Law, Litigation, and Real Property Law sections.
